Annexure-B- IN VIEW OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ENTERED BETWEEN/AMONG THE PARTIED THE DEVELOPER, WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEVELOPED THE PROJECT LAND, AS PER THE TERMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
