14-Dec-2022 PENDING The present complaint was filed on 28.02.2020 and the reply on behalf of respondent was received on 21.09.2020. On the last date of hearing i.e., 20.10.2022, the counsel for the respondent stated that the complainant/ allottee has paid only Rs. 3 Lakhs out of consideration money of Rs.83,21,068/- and no subsequent payments were made in spite of repeated reminders leading to cancellation of the unit.  The counsel for the respondent requested to place on record the reminder letters and cancellation letter of the unit within one week after supplying a copy to the complainant. Today, the counsel for the respondent states that on the last date of hearing statement was made on instruction of the AR of the respondent regarding cancellation of the unit.  However, now after verifying the record, it has been found that the unit has not been cancelled.
