| 05-Feb-2025 | PENDING | An affidavit has been filed, sworn by one Brij Kishore Singh, stated to be director of JD. JD is in habit of filing incomplete affidavit in cases against it. Although, two immoveable properties of JD, are mentioned in this affidavit but same are situated out of Town and stated to have already attached in so many cases. There is no mention of bank account of JD. This is not compliance of order. Arrest warrants were issued against directors of JD, namely Anil Bhalla, Gautam Bhalla and Brij Kishore Singh, to be executable by the bailiff of the authority, till today. Not executed. I perused the report given by bailiff. According to him, he went to arrest said directors of JD on several dates (well mentioned in his report). When he tried to enter inside the premises of JD, staff of same did not allow him to go inside. Citing all this, bailiff has requested for police assistance. In the facts as mentioned above, it appears that it is not possible for the bailiff to arrest said directors without police assistance. Request for police assistance is allowed. Let, DCP (HQ), Gurugram be asked to give police assistance to the bailiff enough to get said directors of JD, arrested. Arrest warrants against aforesaid directors of JD be issued again, to be executable by the bailiff of the authority till next date. Said directors be taken into custody and be produced before this forum on or before next date. Learned counsel for DH files his own calculation.
