16-Oct-2020 The Promoter submitted an application for revival of project registration application on 12-10-2020 in the Authority. The Authority accepted his application and fixed the hearing for 16-10-2020. In the hearing the Authority has decided to grant the Registration Certificate. 04-Aug-2020 The Planning Assistant briefed details of the project. The deficiencies were brought in thenotice of the promoter. The main deficiencies are regarding non approval of the serviceplan and estimates and electrical load availability NOC. There are large number ofcorrections required to be made in DPI and Part A to H of online format. Seven hearingshave already been given to the promoter. Show cause notice has already been givenregarding rejection of the application. Keeping in view the deficiencies the Authoritydecided to reject the application for registration of project. 22-Jun-2020 The promoter was not present for online hearing and requested for next date. The Authority considered the project and noticed that there are following deficiencies: 1.      Deficit fee of Rs. 135/- 2.      Copy of approved service estimates and plans. 3.      Electrical load availability NOC. 4.      Project report. The Authority has  opinion that without approval of service estimates and plans, registration of the project shall not be granted although the Authority has been granting registration earlier in such cases but the experience is that even after many years, the service plan estimates are not got sanctioned and without service plan estimates, services cannot be laid down. The promoter be issued show cause notice under section 5 as why the application for grant of registration shall not be rejected on account of deficiencies mentioned above. The promoter is granted personal hearing on 27th July, 2020. OBJECTION View Order
09-Jun-2020 During online hearing, Ms. Priyanka Aggarwal is present on behalf of the builder. The promoter is directed to complete the deficiencies otherwise their project will be rejected. The deficit documents are as follows:  1.   Deficit fee of Rs 135/-. 2.   Copy of approved service estimates and plans.  3.   Copy of approved zoning plan.  4.   Copy of approved layout plan.  5.   Electrical load availability NOC.  6.   Project report.  The next date of hearing is fixed for 22.06.2020.
