You are hereby directed to submit your written reply in two copies with soft copy as per the prescribed proforma available on the website haryanarera.gov.in of this Authority duly supported by all the relevant documents in your defense latest by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of notice in the registry of the HARERA Gurugram. 3. You may present your case before the Authority on the date fixed given above personally or through an authorized representative or through an advocate as per the provisions of Section 56 of the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act 2016. 4. 02-Mar-2022 PENDING                Vide orders dated 28.7.2021, LC was appointed to visit the site/project to ascertain the facts with regard to mis-match/difference of the sample flat - the promised unit as per BBA and the unit allotted to the complainant.                  LC has submitted his report which has been placed on record. As per LC report the representatives of the promoter didn’t cooperate to verify the actual facts and other deficiencies. They didn’t provide documents as desire at the time of site inspection i.e. brochure, approved site plan, floor plans approved at the time of granting license and as built plans approved at the time of obtaining occupation certificate for tower A. Further they were not able to explain the works to be executed by the promoter in the complainant’s unit or the common arears of the project.                  Local Commission consisting of S/Shri Sumit Nain and Nikhil Sharma, Engineer Executive is again directed to visit the site/project to ascertain the facts with regard to mis-match/difference of the sample flat - the promised unit as per BBA and the unit allotted to the complainant on 10.3.2022 at 11-00 AM and submit his detailed report within a period of 7 days.
