| 05-Feb-2025 | Sh. Shashank Sharma, Associate Engineer Executive and Sh. Ashish Dubey, Chartered Accountant briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Raj Kaushik (Authorized Signatory), Ms. Vaishali Garg (Authorized Signatory) are present on behalf of the promoter and states that site is accessible from the existing service road as well as 24 mtr. road and same has been applied to GMDA on 08.01.2025. Further the approval of EC is in final stage. Approved as proposed subject to submission of BG/DD of Rs. 25 lakhs in lieu of EC approval within four months and mining permission shall be obtained before start of excavation at site. The AR states that the site is accessible from the existing service road as well as 24 mtr. road and has applied to GMDA for requisite permission. A condition be incorporated for submission of road access permission within two months from GMDA failing which the RC is liable to be suspended. Further the floors on plots Sr. No. 1 to 17 shall remain frozen till the same are released by DTCP and no sale or booking in respect of frozen plots/floors shall be undertaken.
