The AR of the promoter is directed to submit a CA certificate and an authenticated copy of report from MCA site regarding transfer of shareholding and  present status of shareholding of the promoter and submission of DD amounting to Rs. 25 lakhs as a guarantee regarding submission of approved service plans and estimates within a month subject to which the Authority decides to grant registration.  APPROVED AND READY FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUING PROCESS ---

Narendra Kumar (Manager) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The approved copy of service plan estimates is yet to received from DTCP although the same have been approved in principle and the promoter applicant has made compliance of its conditions. Further the final BIP permission has been granted by DTCP on 28.07.2022 and a copy of same already stand submitted in the Authority. The issue of license still in the name of landowners and an arrangement of sharing of revenue with the licensee land owners has been made which is to be examined and that the licensee landowner is not an applicant promoter in the application for registration. 04-Jul-2022 Ar. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive, briefed the facts of the case. Sh. Nikhil Golani, Sh. Manish Gupta, Sh.  Nasim Ahmed and Sh. Narender Kumar are present on the behalf of the promoter. The promoter has received the in- principle approval for change in beneficial interest from  DTCP, Haryana dated 03.06.2022 and the final approval is still awaited. The promoter has submitted an affidavit in the Authority stating that they have submitted all compliances to DTCP as mentioned in in-principle approval for BIP permission. The applications for the approvals for service plans and estimates, non- emcumbrance certificate and electrical load availability connection have been made in the respective departments and the final approvals are yet to be obtained.
