The promoter has made requisite changes in online DPI and form REP- I (Part A-H) and the hard copies of the same are yet to be submitted in the authority. The report by the Enquiry Officer in the matter of complaint filed by M/s Dezire Homesquare Pvt. Ltd. regarding the land title dispute is received in the Authority today and the inquiry officer submits that the complainant is not entitled for any relief sought and the alleged agreements were never executed between the complainant and the landowners. The promoter submits that the applications for the approvals fire scheme, service plans and estimates, and environmental clearance have been made in the concerned departments and the final approvals are still awaited. The promoter is directed to submit a bank guarantee of Rs 25 lakhs on account of the approved fire scheme and Rs. 25 lakhs on account of approved service plans and estimates in the Authority within one week from the date of grant of registration.
