21-Feb-2022 Ms. Prachi Singh, Planning Executive briefed the facts about the project.   Sh. Siddharth Gandhi and Anish Dham are present on behalf of the promoter. An application regarding registration of residential floors projects namely “The Grove” situated at DLF 5 (earlier known as DLF City Phase V), Sector-54, Gurugram, Haryana being developed by M/s DLF Private Limited was submitted on 30.12.2021 under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016.      Details of 73 residential Plots: -   1.      The applicant promoter M/s DLF Limited has purchased 59 residential plots from various owners vide different sale deeds executed on different dates annexed as annexure A. 2.      Plot no. B-11/1 conveyed to M/s DLF Home Developers Limited from Vikram Kumar vide sale deed no. 1788 dated 08.09.2020. 3.      The 13 residential plots owned by M/s DLF Utilities Limited which falls under Khasra no. 2076/2, 2077/2, 2075/3, 2076/3, 2077/3, 2079/2 and 2080/2 vide mutation no. 8557 dated 02.07.2014 and rectification mutation 8740 dated 06.05.2016 which got transferred to M/s DLF limited in compliance order dated 02.02.2022 passed by The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh.     Further, the present plots owning company i.e., M/s DLF Limited and M/s DLF Home Developers Ltd. have entered into a Development Agreement to develop independent floors vide registered document no. 8136 dated 15.09.2021 with 50% revenue sharing.   The application submitted by the promoter for the said project contains 73 residential plots on which total of 292 units are to be constructed. On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations were observed which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/418 dated 12.01.2022. The promoter has submitted the reply dated 21.01.2022, 10.02.2022 and 17.02.2022 which was scrutinized by the authority still the following deficiencies are not removed by the promoter which are as follows: - 1.      The annexures in the online are not uploaded as well as the correction needs to be done in the online (A-H). 2.      Corrections in Detailed Project Information needs to be done.  The promoter has stated that they have submitted the online application form REP-I (A to H) and detailed project information in a hard copy after incorporating the amendments/corrections informed to them. The concerned planning executive is directed to check and verify that the requisite corrections has been made in form REP-I (A to H) and online DPI before issuance of registration. Therefore, the authority has decided to grant registration certificate for the project subject to usual terms and conditions.  APPROVED AND READY FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUING PROCESS ---
14-Feb-2022 Proceedings dated: 14.02.2022 Ms. Prachi Singh, Planning Executive briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Siddharth Gandhi (AVP DLF) and Sh. Anish Dham (AVP DLF) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR is yet to make corrections in online DPI and Form A to H which have already been conveyed. The AR seeks one week’s time for submission of above deficient documents/details along with rectification in online DPI as well a form A to H. The matter to come up on 21.02.2022. ADJOURNMENT ---

The promoter vide letter dated 03.02. 2022 has made a request for short adjournment as the company is still in process of addressing a few deficiencies pertaining to building plans. However, the application for registration has been moved by M/s DLF Limited in the capacity of being the promoter/ developer. It is pertinent to mention here that no document/development agreement has been submitted by M/s DLF Limited. in order to prove his legal capacity to make an application for registration of the project “The Grove”. The application submitted by the promoter for the said project contains 73 residential plots on which total of 292 units are to be constructed. On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations were observed which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/418 dated 12.01. 2022.The promoter has submitted the reply dated 21.01.2022 which was scrutinized still the following deficiencies have not been removed by the promoter. The authorized signatory of the promoter has requested 14 days time to comply with the remaining deficiencies. The authority has allowed the same. The matter to come on 07.02.2022.   EXAMINATION BY MEMBERS ---
