17-Aug-2021 An application regarding registration of residential floors project namely “Independent floors at DLF Gardencity Sector 91/92” situated at DLF Gardencity, Sector 91/92, Gurugram, Haryana being developed by M/s DLF Utilities Limited was submitted on 29.07.2021 under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016. This application for registration is a part of the residential plotted colony which falls under 3 licenses being issued in favour of M/s Ferrol Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. and others in collaboration with M/s DLF Utilities Limited which states as under: -  1.       59 of 2011 dated 28.06.2011 for 101.218 acres for which part completion certificate has been obtained on 02.07.2014. 2.       14 of 2012 dated 27.02.2012 for 62.956 acres. Part completion certificate for an area of 60.14 acres has been granted on 18.03.2016. 3.       13 of 2019 dated 06.02.2019 for 16.25 acres for which registration is granted by the authority on the same day. The application submitted by the promoter for the said project contains 13 residential plots on which total of 52 units are to be constructed. On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations were observed which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/355 dated 04.08.2021. The promoter has submitted the reply dated 09.08.2021 for the deficiencies after scrutiny of the reply following deficiencies are still pending: - 1.       Corrections in detailed project information needs to be done. 2.       Online corrections in REP-I (Part A-H) needs to be done. The Authority decided to grant registration certificate for the project and directed the promoter to submit corrected detailed project information duly binded and also fill up online DPI information at hrera.in/app1/sign_up within 7 days.  APPROVED AND READY FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUING PROCESS ---
