20-Dec-2021 Proceedings Dated: 20.12.2021 No one appeared on behalf of the promoter. The matter was discussed at length. It is a case regarding grant of additional FAR under TDR policy. A clarification regarding provisioning of TDR/TOD in the ongoing projects has already been sought from DTCP. However, the requisite clarification/reply is still awaited.  Further action in the matter will be taken after the receipt of clarification from DTCP. The authority decided to keep the matter in sine die and should wait for reply of the reference sent to the Director, Town and Country Planning, Govt. of Haryana, Chandigarh for clarification and guidance in the matter. The promoter i.e.  M/s Hans Propcon Pvt. Ltd, M/s Glory Infracon Pvt. Ltd., M/s Blossom Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. has applied (online and manual) on dated 12.07.2021 for registration of their Group housing colony project namely “M3M Flora68” in sector 68, Gurugram under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016.   This application for registration is part of the group housing colony which has been licensed vide license no. 93 of 2014 dated 13.08.2014 valid upto 12.08.2024 issued in favour of M/s Hans Propcon Pvt. Ltd, M/s Glory Infracon Pvt. Ltd., M/s Blossom Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. On scrutiny of application, it was found that there were deficiencies in the application which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/349 dated 15.07.2021 with the directions to remove the deficiencies/ observations and an opportunity of hearing was offered on 10.08.2021.  The promoter has submitted the reply on 06.08.2021 which was scrutinized and found that still there were deficiencies which needs to be corrected by the promoter. The remaining deficiencies are conveyed to the promoter via email dated 09.08.2021. On the request of the AR of the promoter time period of 20 days is granted. The matter to come up on 07.09.2021.
