This application for registration is part of the group housing colony which has been licensed vide license no. 93 of 2014 dated 13.08.2014 valid upto 12.08.2024 issued in favour of M/s Hans Propcon Pvt. Ltd, M/s Glory Infracon Pvt. Ltd., M/s Blossom Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. On scrutiny of application, it was found that there were deficiencies in the application which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/349 dated 15.07.2021 with the directions to remove the deficiencies/ observations and an opportunity of hearing was offered on 10.08.2021.
