Final approval still awaited), HUDA construction water NOC, approvals for sewage disposal, storm water drainage, water supply from competent authority, electrical load availability NOC, deficit fee of Rs. 3,03,477/- not paid. These major deficiencies were conveyed to the promoter vide email dated 24.05.2021 and 18.06.2021. On 22.06.2021, AR made a submission that necessary deficiencies will be attended within 15 days. Deficit fee has already been paid. Matter decided to come up on 13.07.2021. On 13.07.2021, the promoter was asked to supply copy of the advertisement, brochure, hoardings etc. details.
