3) TERMS: A) Subject to the terms and conditions as detailed in this Agreement, the Promoter agrees to sell to the Allottee and the Allottee hereby agrees to purchase, the Plot. Explanation: A) The Total Price above includes the booking amount paid by the Allottee to the Promoter towards the Plot. B) The Total Price above is inclusive of all charges except Taxes as levied by the Government such as GST, labour cess, stamp duty or any other similar taxes payable by the Promoter, which may be levied in connection with the development of the Project or sale of the Plot, up to the date of handing over the possession of the Plot to the Allottee and the Project to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, after obtaining the completion certificate. C) The EDC and IDC as levied in the License, are included in the Total Price, however, in case there is any change / modification. 5) MODE OF PAYMENT: Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the development milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments as per the Payment Plan and/or on written demands by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of Palm Abodes Buildcon Private Limited payable at Rohtak.
