| 24-Oct-2024 | PENDING | On previous date i.e. 26.07.2024, show cause notices were issued to directors of JD as why same be not committed to civil prison for not handing over possession of subject unit to the allottee-DH, as per order under execution. No reply is filed, despite service of notice upon Mr. Sandeep Yadav, Mr Amit Yadav, and Mr Arwind Walia, all stated to be directors of JD. As requested by learned counsel for DH, issue arrest warrants against all these three directors of JD, to executable till next date, by bailiff of the authority (Mr. Satish Mann). Said directors be taken into custody and be produced before this forum on or before next date. Apart from directing respondent to hand over possession of subject unit, the JD was also directed by the authority to pay interest. Contending that no amount has been paid till now, learned counsel for DH requests for direction to JD to disclose its assets/properties including bank account and unsold inventories which can be attached to realize the decretal amount.
