Although an affidavit is filed, same is incomplete. No bank account or other immoveable properties of JD have been mentioned. Although it is mentioned that JD has bank accounts but same are already attached. Even same can be attached again to realize decretal amount. This is not compliance of order. Learned counsel for DH requests to issue arrest warrants against the directors of JD. As per order XXI Rule 41 (3) CPC in case of disobedience in such a manner, JD/directors of JD can be detained to civil prison for a period not exceeding three months. Request in this regard is allowed. Issue arrest warrants against directors of JD to be executable by bailiff of authority till next date.
