Conveyance deed executed on 30.11.2015 [Page 138-195 of reply]         The complainant is seeking delayed possession charges from the due date of possession till offer of possession at the prescribed rate of interest and to set aside the indemnity bond. The counsel for the respondent states that offer of possession was made on 7.4.2015 and  a period of 3 years can be included in the offer of possession  which comes out to be 7.4.2018.  The period of limitation is over before the date of zero period of  15.3.2020 to 28.02.2022 allowed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in MA No.21 of 2022 of suo motu writ petition Civil No.3 of 2020 dated 10.01.2022. 03-May-2023 FIRST HEARING          The present complaint was filed on 21.12.2022 and registered as complaint No. 7420 of 2022. As per the registry, complainant has sent copy of complaint along with annexures through speed post as well as through email and proof regarding having the delivery of the complaint along with annexures made to the respondent has been submitted by the complainant as available in the file.  The registry of the authority sent a notice with a copy of the complaint along with annexures through speed post.  Registry has also sent the notice along with a copy of the complaint through email at following email address: coordination@emaarindia.com and the same is shown to has not been delivered on the above email address as per the report available in the file.  However, the respondent has put in appearance through its counsel, therefore, in view of the same, the service is complete. Written reply has not been filed by the respondent.
