| 22-Aug-2024 | PENDING | Ar. Neeraj Gautam (Associate Architectural Executive) briefed the facts of the case. Sh. Chirag (Manager- Legal) appeared on behalf of the promoter and stated that the promoter is in thorough compliance of the conditions imposed in the said registration certificate and submitted every compliance as and when required. The approved fire scheme was submitted in the Authority vide Dak ID dated 01.07.2022, minutes of meeting regarding environmental clearance and the copy of service estimates approved from HSVP vide Dak ID dated 20.07.2022. The AR requests for the show cause notice to be withdrawn. It is noted that the promoter submitted the copy of minutes of meeting of State Expert Appraisal Committee, Haryana dated 08.07.2022 wherein the case was considered for granting of environmental clearance and “Gold Rating” was awarded to the project within the stipulated time period mentioned in the conditions. However, the certificate of environmental clearance was obtained with a delay of 23 days. It is further noted that the promoter was directed by the Authority to revalidate the Cheque/DD (for service estimates and plans) and submit by 08.12.2022. Further, the Authority directed the promoter vide notice dated 19.07.2024 to submit the revalidated cheque/DD in lieu of timely submission of environmental clearance and approved service plans and estimates. However, the promoter has not yet deposited the revalidated cheques/ DDs to the Authority. The Authority, in its meeting dated 01.01.2024 decided that the compliances by the promoters must be made without fail within the timeline of conditional registration failing which the BG/ security be forfeited and further action be initiated as per the provisions of the Act of 2016. Keeping in view the facts above, the Authority may suspend the registration of the project till the submission of revalidated DDs/cheques in the Authority as directed in the notice dated 19.07.2024.
