It has come to the notice of the authority that the promoter has not submitted the deficit documents which are as follows: ·         License no. 44 of 2010 valid till 08.06.2020. ·         Service plan estimates applied to DTCP, but final approval awaited. ·         List of sold unsold inventory.    Part-C-Project Details  ·         Details of Encumbrance on land.  Part-H-Details of Separate Bank Account ·         Board resolution mentioning 100% Master, 70% RERA & 30%-Free a/c.  Part-I-Quarterly Schedule of Physical & financial Progress  ·         ROC statement showing details of charges.  ·         Statement of quarterly estimated expenditure & source of funds along with net cash flow statement in the format provided in DPI.  The promoter is also directed to give details of the account where the money of sold inventory has been deposited. The promoter shall submit the affidavit regarding a deposit of 70% of the sale proceeds in the RERA account. Also, the details of the loan taken against this project need to be submitted.
