| 21-Apr-2025 | Proceedings dated: 21.04.2025. Sh. Shashank Sharma, Associate Engineer Executive and Ms. Asha, Chartered Accountant briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Akash Khurana (AR), Sh. Parijat Pandey (AR) and Sh. Pranoy (AR) are present on behalf of the promoter and state that applications for approval of EC, fire scheme and SPE have been applied to the competent authorities. Approved as proposed, subject to submission of BGs/DDs of Rs. 25 lakhs each as security amount for the submission of EC, approved fire scheme and approved SPE within four months failing which the security amount shall be forfeited. Mining permission shall be obtained by the promoter before start of excavation at site. The promoter is further directed to apply for registration of the phase 7 (common amenities for the entire project) and amendment in phase 2 (EWS), within 2 months as per the revised building plans approved by DTCP vide memo no ZP-915A/JDCRA/2025/2922 dated 23.01.2025 valid upto 22.01.2030.
