| 24-Feb-2025 | Sh. Shashank Sharma, Associate Engineer Executive and Ms. Asha, Chartered Accountant briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Abhishek Gupta (AR) and Sh. Adil Altaf (AR) are present on behalf of the promoter and states that fire scheme approval and service plan and estimates have been applied to the respective departments and bank gurantees of Rs. 25 lakhs each vide BG no – 0459IPBG2502001 and 0459IPBG2502002 dated 13.02.2025 valid up to 12.06.2025 of Jammu and Kashmir Bank have been submitted in the Authority to submit the approved service plan and estimates and approved fire scheme within 3 months. Keeping in view of the above, it is decided that requisite BG/DD of Rs. 25 lakh for the submission of road access permission within three months shall be submitted. The approved fire scheme and approved service plan and estimates shall be submitted within 3 months from the issuance of registration certificate and mining permission shall be obtained before start of excavation at site. Further, the promoter shall submit an affidavit through its director regarding compliance of section 4(2)(l)(d) of the Act of 2016. Approved as proposed.
