| 18-Nov-2024 | Sh. Ashish Kush, Planning Executive briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Purushottam Grover (AR), Ms. Priyanka Miglani (AR) and Sh. Anitesh Singh (AR) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR of the promoter stated that all the approvals are in place except Fire Scheme Approval and Approved Service plan & estimates for which they had submitted the DD of Rs 25 lakhs each as a security amount. Further, states that the remaining deficiencies including deficit fee will be submitted within two days and requested to grant the registration certificate. Keeping in view of the above, the Authority decides to approve the project in principle subject to the condition that the promoter shall submit the NOC for water supply and storm water from the competent Authority for the Group Housing/Convenient Shopping within a period of two months from the date of grant of registration certificate. The promoter has submitted two DDs vide no. 302471 dated 12.11.2024 and 302470 dated 12.11.2024 amounting to Rs. 25 lakhs each as security amount for submission of Fire Scheme approval and Approved Service Plans and Estimates for the project within a period of four months from the date of grant of registration certificate.
