Singh are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR clarifies that present access to the site is through a 4 karam (22 Ft wide) as per policy parameters fixed by PSTCP vide Memo No Misc – 504/2020-2TCP dated 20.10.2020 and states that environment clearance already applied to Central Expert Appraisal Committee of the Environment Ministry Further, the promoter shall submit the DD/BG of Rs. 25 lakhs each for submission of approved fire scheme, approved service plan estimates and environment clearance within 4 months. The promoter shall further make a declaration regarding the present condition of services to be provided made in the project in the marketing brochure clarifying that the land for master road as per approved lay out plan of 2031 AD for Urban Estate Sohna has not been acquired yet and as such the arrangement for water supply and sewage disposal shall be made by the promoter at his own level until then.
