It is noted that DTCP has freezed the Pocket-2 comprising the tower A, B, G and commercial as shown in the approved site plan until the 66KV line will be shifted by the promoter. The Authority hereby decides to approve as proposed subject to a condition that no third-party rights shall be created on the area frozen by DTCP i.e., Pocket-2 comprising the tower A, B, G and commercial as shown in the approved site plan on account of shifting of power line without obtaining the order of defreeze from DTCP and intimation of the same to the Authority.
