facts of the case.
Sh.
Manik Sharma (AR – Manager), Sh. Abhijeet Singh (AR) and Sh. Vineet Maheshwari
(AR) are present on behalf of the promoter.
The
Authority observes that the applicant promoter has applied for registration of
Phase-1 measuring 27291.73 sq.m. of FAR and the balance permissible FAR of 2978.708 Sq.m. is proposed to be registered under
Phase-2. However, it is noticed that in the building plans approved by DTCP,
there is a common basement proposed under Phase-1 as well as Phase-2 and
neither any phasing has been shown in the plans or lay out plan and hence the
promoter is advised to seek registration of above entire licensed area
measuring 4.0 acres. The AR submits that the requisite amendments in
application forms shall be made today itself as fees has been paid for the
entire area.
Accordingly,
as recommended above, the Authority decides to grant registration after
submission of application for the entire area and BG/Cheques of Rs. 25 lakh
each for submission of approved fire NOC as well as service plan estimates
within 3 months of grant of registration. |
