are present on the behalf of the promoter.
The AR of the promoter submits that they have applied
for all clearances including submission of service plan and estimates which are
under process with GMDA and seeks 2 weeks’ time for submission of the deficit
documents. The AR further clarifies that the payment plan under the above
project has not been submitted as no plot is proposed to be sold and floor-wise
construction shall be undertaken after approval of building plans from the
concerned authority. The promoter is advised to seek prior registration of
floor-wise sale after approval of building plans and making a separate
application.
