| 18-Jul-2022 | Proceedings dated 18.07.2022 Ar. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case. Sh. Akhil Kumar (Sr.GM) and Sh. Sudhir Solanki (GM) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The AR submits that the service plan estimates shall be got approved from DTCP within 3 months as lay out plan of the colony already stand approved along with license. Thereafter, the demarcation plan/zoning plan from the DTCP and stands submitted in the office. Regarding availing of the loan from M/s Vistra ITCL India Ltd., it is clarified by the AR that the sales will be effected after obtaining individual NOCs from the concerned financing institution and that sale proceeds shall be deposited in master account which will be transferred to 70% RERA Account and 30% free account and utilisation shall be strictly as per section 4(2)(l)(D) and applicable regulations. The remaining minor deficiencies shall also be rectified in next one week and in view of same the Authority decides to grant registration subject to submission of DD/BG for above service estimates and other minor deficiencies pointed out in above note of office.
