21-Mar-2022 | Proceedings dated 21.03.2022 Ar. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case. Sh. Anurag Srivastava (GM) and Sh. Ajay Kumar (AGM) are present on the behalf of the promoter.The promoter has made requisite corrections in online DPI and REP-I (Part A-H). The promoter has applied for the approvals of environmental clearance, fire scheme, service plan and estimates and electrical load availability in the connection in the concerned departments and the final approvals are still awaited. The AR of the promoter assures to submit the pending approvals along with a copy of final order of change of developer in favour of M/s Signature Global (India) Pvt. Ltd., revised LC-IV, bilateral agreements executed on behalf of new entity and escrow agreement executed with the bank shortly.The authority decides to grant registration to the promoter subject to the submission of bank guarantee/ security cheque of Rs. 10 lakhs on account of fire scheme and a bank guarantee/ security cheque of Rs. 10 Lakhs on account of the approved service plans and estimates within one week from the date of grant of registration and submission of revised LC-IV, bilateral agreement executed on behalf of new entity, electrical load availability connection and Escrow agreement executed with bank within one month from the date of grant of registration. The Planning Executive apprises that DTCP is yet to grant final permission for change of developer from Yohaan Buildcon LLP to M/s Signature Global India Pvt. Ltd. along with revised LC IV, bilateral agreement. The AR informs that the requisite compliance for conditions for in principle approval of change of developer has been made to DTCP and final approval is expected shortly. The submission of final approval for change of developer in favour of the applicant promoter is an essential pre-requisite before consideration of the registration and applicant is advised for its early submission failing which the application of registration shall be refused.
