31-Mar-2022 Proceedings dated 31.03.2022 Ar. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case. Sh. Anurag Srivastava (GM) and Sh. Ajay Kumar (AGM) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The requisite corrections in online DPI and REP-I (Part A-H) have been made.  The AR of the promoter submitted that approval of service plans and estimates has been only recommended by CE-I of HSVP to DTCP, Haryana and final approval is expected shortly. The escrow agreement executed with the bank is yet to be submitted. The authority decides to grant the registration subject to the submission of bank guarantee/security cheque of Rs. 25 lakhs on account of approved service plans and estimates within seven days from the date of grant of registration. This bank guarantee/ security cheque shall be forfeited in case of failure to submit the approved service plans and estimates in the authority within three months from the date of grant of registration. 14-Mar-2022 Proceedings dated 14.03.2022 Ar. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case. Sh. Anurag Srivastava (GM) and Sh. Ajay Kumar (AGM) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The AR of the promoter informs that the requisite corrections in form A to H and online DPI have been made and a hard copy of the same is also being submitted today for scrutiny of the concerned Planning Executive. Further, regarding submission of the copy of the loan sanction letter, the AR clarified that there is no bank loan rather the fund to the tune of Rs. 56 crores has been raised through the issuance of non-convertible debenture series and a copy of the form filed with MCA site has been submitted and be checked/verified by CA of the Authority. The CA has raised the issue that as per the title search report, the loan of Rs. 250 crores against the applicant promoter is being shown while as per DPI, the loan is being shown only Rs. 56 crores.  The AR clarifies that the loan of Rs. 250 crores is against the promoter company but has been availed for multiple projects of the company, and the amount of loan of Rs. 56 crores shown in DPI has been taken in proportion to the land that has been secured by way of loan amount for this project. A clarification to this extent be given in DPI. The AR further clarifies that the approval of the service plan and estimates stand submitted to DTCP and have been technically okayed by CE of HSVP and are likely to be approved by DTCP shortly.
