briefed the facts about the case.
Sh. Ajay Kumar (AGM) are present on the behalf of the
promoter.
The requisite corrections in online DPI and REP-I
(Part A-H) have been made. The approval
of service plans and estimates has been only recommended by CE-I of HSVP to
DTCP, Haryana and final approval is still awaited. The promoter undertakes to
submit the approved service plans and estimates in the authority within 90 days
from the date of grant of registration. The promoter
submits that the escrow agreement with the bank is not executed yet and it will
be submitted to the authority as and when executed with the bank.
The authority decides to grant the registration
subject to the submission of bank guarantee/security cheque of Rs. 25 lakhs on
account of approved service plans and estimates within seven days and
submission of escrow agreement executed with the bank within 15 days from the
date of grant of registration. This bank guarantee/ security cheque shall be
forfeited in case of failure to submit the approved service plans and estimates
to the authority by the promoter within three months from the date of grant of
registration. |

(GM) and Sh. Ajay Kumar (AGM) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The AR
of the promoter informs that the requisite corrections in form A to H and
online DPI have been made and a hard copy of the same is also being submitted
today for scrutiny of the concerned Planning Executive. Further, regarding the submission of the copy of the loan sanction letter, the AR clarified that there is
no bank loan on this specified project and has submitted a non-encumbrance
certificate as well as TSR. However, the
CA of the Authority has raised the issue that as per MCA record, there is a loan
of Rs. 60 crores against the applicant promoter company. The AR is required to submit a copy of said
loan sanction letter to enable confirmation that this loan is not against the
instant applied project. The AR further clarifies that the approval of the service
plan and estimates stand submitted to DTCP and have been technically okayed by the CE of HSVP and are likely to be approved by DTCP shortly. The promoter is yet
to submit a copy Escrow agreement executed with the bank.
