The promoter has submitted the reply on 31.01.2022 with reference to deficiency notice conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/426 dated 24.01.2022. the reply of the promoter was scrutinized and the deficiencies which still needs to be rectified by the promoter are correction in online DPI, correction in REP-I (A-H), allottees related documents, revalidation of AAI NOC, approved fire scheme NOC and approved service estimates and plans. However, the promoter has applied for these approvals in the concerned department and final approval is awaited. The authority decides to grant the registration subject to the submission of bank guarantee/cheque of Rs. 25 lakhs on account of approved fire scheme and 25 lakhs on account of approved service plans and estimates within seven days from the grant of registration.
