31-Jan-2022 | Ms. Neeraj Gautam, Architectural Executive briefed about the facts of the project. Ms. Anjana (AR) joined the proceedings through VC on behalf of the promoter. The approval of fire scheme, and service plans and estimates are applied to the concerned departments and the final approval is still awaited. Online corrections in DPI and REP-I (Part A-H) have been done by the promoter. Further, the AR undertakes that no modification has been done in the previous sanctioned building plans issued for 5.0 acres for the project namely “Ultimus”. The authority decides to grant the registration subject to the submission of bank guarantee of Rs. 10 lakhs on account of approved fire scheme and 10 lakhs on account of approved service plans and estimates within seven days from the grant of registration.
