| 21-Feb-2022 | Sh. Ashish Kush, Planning Executive briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Ketan Nanda (AVP DLF) and Sh. Anish Dham (AVP DLF) are present on behalf of the promoter. After scrutiny of the reply dated 17.02.2022, it was found that some deficiencies are remaining which are mentioned below: 1. The annexures in the online application are not uploaded as well as the correction needs to be done in the online (A-H). 2. Online DPI not filled up properly needs to be corrected. 3. Collaboration agreements with the landowners needs to be submitted. The promoter stated that they are the landowner of the area applied for the registration i.e., 1.42 acres as well as submitted the NOC from the landowners of the license no. 59 of 2011. The Authority directed the promoter to correct the Online A-H and online DPI. The Authority decided to grant the registration certificate on the condition that the promoter shall submit an affidavit regarding the NOC issued from the landowners of the license no 59 of 2011 and takes the whole responsibility of the above said project.Member (Vijay Kumar Goyal)Chairman (Dr. K.K. Anish Dham (AVP DLF) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR is yet to make corrections in online DPI and Form A to H which have already been conveyed. Further the copies of agreements entered by the promoter company with the land owning company also needs to be provided along with details of the loan of 200 crores and name of the financial institution from which the said loan has been got sanctioned by the promoter company and status of lien if any on the project land. The AR seeks one week’s time for submission of above deficient documents/details along with rectification in online DPI as well a form A to H.
