The Plot no. 9,2,3,4,10,11,12,1, and 14 conveyed to M/s DLF Utilities Limited from Sh. Lakhmi@Lakhmi Chand vide sale deed no. 20942 dated 11.12.2013.2. The Plot no.19 and 20 conveyed to M/s DLF Utilities Limited from Sh. Lakhmi @Lakhmi Chandvide sale deed no. 20942 dated 11.12.2013 and from M/s Elan Buildtech Private Limited videsale deed no. 3866 dated 11.02.2021.Temp ID-RERA-GRG-PROJ-897-2021Project Name- Independent Floors at DLF City Phase IV3. This plot no. 14 conveyed to M/s DLF Utilities Limited from Sh. Ram Chander vide sale deed no.18916 dated 18.11.2013, Sh. Not Ram vide sale deed no. 23386 dated 06.01.2014 and Sh. AmarSingh vide sale deed no. 23389 dated 06.01.2014.4. This plot no. 30 conveyed to M/s DLF Utilities Limited from Smt. Savitri Devi vide sale deed no.17372 dated 25.10.2013, Sh. The Plot no. 30 and 18 conveyed to M/s DLF Utilities Limited from M/s Atherol Builders andDevelopers Pvt. Ltd. vide transfer deed no. 6169 dated 17.11.2021.9. Anu Maker vide sale deed no. 17374 dated 25.10.2013 and M/sBrightstar Buildcon Private Limited vide sale deed no. 3490 dated 14.05.2014.On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies and observations were observedwhich were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/408 dated 08.12.2021.The promoter has submitted the reply dated 16.12.2021 after scrutinizing the reply followingdeficiencies are as follows: -1. The annexures in the online are not uploaded as well as the correction needs to be done in theonline (A-H).2. Corrections in Detailed Project Information needs to be done.The promoter is directed to correct Form REP-I (Part A-H) and detailed project information andsubmit the same within a week. Meanwhile, their project will be registered as all majordeficiencies have been attended by the promoter and only corrections are to be incorporated inthe DPI and online application A to H is to be filled up by the promoter. The Authority has decidedto register the project under Section 5 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. |
