Ashok Jonapuria (Director)is present on behalf of the promoter.An application regarding registration of residential floors projects namely “SS Linden” situated at Sector-84 and85, Gurugram, Haryana being developed by M/s North Star Apartments Pvt. Ltd. now formerly known as (M/s SSGroup Private Limited.) was submitted on 11.01.2022 under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation andDevelopment), Act 2016.This application for registration is a part of the residential plotted colony which falls under license no. 105 of2013 for area admeasuring 26.793 acres dated 16.12.2013 valid up to 10.12.2024 being issued in favour of M/sMatrix Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. and 7 others in collaboration of M/s North Star Apartments Pvt. Ltd. now formerlyknown as (M/s SS Group Private Limited.)The application submitted by the promoter for the said project contains 11 plots on which total of 44 units are tobe constructed.On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations were observed which were conveyedto the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/421 dated 19.01.2022. The promoter has submitted theTemp ID- RERA-GRG-PROJ-958-2021Project Name- SS Linden Floorsreply dated 28.01.2022, 08.02.2022, 21.02.2022, 25.03.2022 01.04.2022, 21.04.2022 and 02.05.2022 which werescrutinized and still the following deficiency is pending which is mentioned below: -1. Approvals for sewage disposal and storm water drainage need to be submitted.The Authority decided to grant registration as all prerequisites for registration of the project has beencompleted and an application for grant of permission for sewage disposal/storm water already stand appliedto the concerned authority. The promoter is directed to submit the same within 4 weeks. |
