On 09.05.2022, The authority directed the promoter to submit an affidavit regarding liabilities and payment of all pending government dues and other institution in future till obtaining the completion certificate. However, the promoter submitted an affidavit on 12.05.2022. The authority also decided to appoint Mr. J.S Sandhu as a local commissioner for verification of site as the infrastructure works are completed or not. The local commissioner submitted the report which was taken on record. As per the report, all the required services for completion certificate are complete. However, some internal works i.e., partition walls, flooring, plastering & paint are pending. Internal finishing & furnishing works in multiplex is in progress.
