The authority directed the promoter to get the structure audit done from a reputed agency preferably from the panel prepared by DC, Gurugram/DTCP, Haryana. The promoter is directed to ensure safety of the visitors. It is apprehended that seepage/moisture may damage/corrode the reinforcement steel bars which may lead to collapse of the building if not attended timely. The registration of the project is kept in abeyance till structure audit and safety report are submitted by the promoter. The AR submits that license has been renewed by DTCP and the same is now valid upto 12.08.2022 and seeks two week time for submission of the structural audit report. 16-May-2022 Proceedings dated: 16.05.2022 Mr. Ashish Kush, Planning Executive briefed the facts about the project. Sh. Janardhanan (Sr. GM) and Sh. Surender Kumar (Manager Admin.) is present on behalf of the promoter. On 09.05.2022, The authority directed the promoter to submit an affidavit regarding liabilities and payment of all pending government dues and other institution in future till obtaining the completion certificate. However, the promoter submitted an affidavit on 12.05.2022. The authority also decided to appoint Mr. J.S Sandhu as a local commissioner for verification of site as the infrastructure works are completed or not. The local commissioner submitted the report which was taken on record. As per the report, all the required services for completion certificate are complete. However, some internal works i.e., partition walls, flooring, plastering & paint are pending. Internal finishing & furnishing works in multiplex is in progress. Further, there is seepage issue in the basement of the building from walls & underneath the floor of basement. The total balance financial liability for completion of the services required for obtaining CC needs to be kept in the RERA account maintained for the project. The AR of the promoter submits a letter dated 07.02.2022 issued by Branch Head of Axis Bank of Sector 14, Gurugram intimating that the promoter company has applied for opening of HARERA account and the same are in process. The AR of the promoter further informs that opening of the new account is taking some time due to some change in guidelines by RBI and assures to submit the same along with undertaking of the bank within one week. Further that the correction in online DPI as well Form A to H have already been made except for the bank account details which shall be submitted within one week.  The validity of the license has already expired on 12.08.2020 and the promoter is yet to apply for renewal of the license. Although the OC w.r.t. the constructions already at site have already been obtained within the validity period of license and assures to apply for its renewal within next three weeks.
