| 09-Nov-2021 | Proceedings dated: 09.11.2021 Ms. Prachi Singh, Planning Executive briefed the facts about the project. Sh. Ravi Kant Kumar (Manager Business Development) is present on behalf of the promoter. The deficiencies conveyed to the promoter vide letter dated 18.10.2021 have been rectified except for a few online corrections in the DPI, REP-I (A to H) and submission of final approval of environment clearance. The AR submitted that the proposal for grant of EC has been approved by SEAC and final approval letter is awaited shortly. Further that the proposal for grant of final approval is fixed before the SEIAA Committee on 15.11.2021 and thus final approval is expected in two months’ time. Keeping in view the above facts, the authority has decided to grant registration certificate for the project with the following condition mentioned above and directed the promoter to comply within three months from issuance of the registration certificate.
