An application
regarding registration of residential floors project namely “M3M SOULITUDE” situated at Village-Dhunela,
Sector-89, Gurugram being developed by M/s Aawam Residency Pvt. Ltd.
was submitted on 21.10.2021 under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and
Development), Act 2016. This application for registration is a part of the
affordable residential plotted colony under DDJAY which falls under license
no. 32 of 2021 for area admeasuring 52.275 acres dated 03.07.2021 valid up to
02.07.2026 being issued in favour of M/s Adhikaansh Realtors Pvt. Ltd. and
M/s Aawam Residency Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with M/s Aawam Residency Pvt.
Ltd. The whole license area i.e. 52.275 acres
comprises of 930 out of which M/s Aawam Residency Pvt. Ltd. applied
for registration of residential floors on 216 no. unfreeze plots allotted to
as per collaboration agreement executed between M/s Aawam Residency Pvt. Ltd.
and M/s Aadhikash Realtors Pvt. Ltd. vide vasika no. 3875 dated
11.02.2021, vasika no. 1870 dated
12.07.2021 and vasika no. 2523 dated 07.09.2021.
On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations
were observed which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no.
HARERA/GGM/RPIN/ 393 dated 22.10.2021.
The promoter has submitted the reply dated 25.10.2021 which was scrutinized
and found that all the deficiencies are fulfilled by the promoter except the following
mentioned below: -
1. Copy of approved environmental clearance needs to be
provided.
2. Annual report the financial year 2020-21needs to be submitted.
The
Authority has decided to grant registration certificate for the project with
the condition of submission of approved
environment clearance and annual report the
financial year 2020-21 within three months from
issuance of the registration certificate.
The
promoter is advised to submit detailed project information duly binded and
also fill up online DPI information at hrera.in/app1/sign_up within 7 days.
