12-Oct-2021 An application regarding registration of residential floors project namely “Signature Global City Park-III Ext. (2)” situated at Village-Dhunela, Sector-36, Gurugram being developed by M/s Signatureglobal Homes Private Limited was submitted on 15.09.2021 under section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016. This application for registration is a part of the affordable residential plotted colony under DDJAY which falls under license no. 130 of 2019 for area admeasuring 4.2625 acres dated 07.12.2019 valid up to 06.12.2024 being issued in favour of M/s Signature Global Homes Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Sternal Builder Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with M/s Signatureglobal Homes Private Limited. which got registered by the authority vide RC no. 43 of 2020 dated 20.11.2020 valid upto 30.09.2022. The completion certificate dated 10.09.2021 for the area admeasuring 10.55(6.29375 acres +4.2625 acres) acres is obtained by the promoter.   The project comprises of 87 plots out of which 49 plots are frozen and 38 plots are unfrozen. The promoter has got registered 3.35 acres having residential floor 152 units on 38 unfrozen plots and 1 commercial tower having 101 shops vide RC no. 06 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021. Further, the promoter has submitted the application regarding 49 frozen plots on which total of 196 units are to be constructed. On scrutiny of the application, some of the major deficiencies/observations were observed which were conveyed to the promoter vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/377 dated 01.10.2021. The promoter has submitted the reply dated 01.10.2021 which was scrutinized all the deficiencies are removed by the promoter expect the correction in REP-I (Part A-H) and detailed project information of the project. The Authority has decided to grant registration certificate for the project with the directions to comply with the above-mentioned  deficiencies within 7 days.     The promoter is advised to submit detailed project information duly binded and also fill up online DPI information at hrera.in/app1/sign_up within 7 days.   APPROVED AND READY FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUING PROCESS ---
