| 25-Oct-2021 | Proceedings dated: 25.10.2021 Ms. Neeraj Gautam, Associate Architectural Executive briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Shyam Kishore Porwal (CA) and Sh. Prince Kumar (Director) were present on the behalf of the promoter. The AR has submitted the set of sanctioned building plans along with BR-III in the authority and has applied for environmental clearance, service plans and estimates, fire scheme approval and electrical load availability in the competent authority, the final approvals of which are still awaited. The AR assures to submit the approved environmental clearance, service plans and estimates and fire scheme within three months and other deficit documents within 15 days. The authority decided to grant registration to the promoter subject to corrections in REP-I as well as online DPI within three days, submission of revised conveyance deed, AAI NOC and electrical load availability within 15 days and environmental clearance, approved service plans and estimates and fire scheme approval within three months. The promoter shall submit a bank guarantee of Rs 10 lacs on account of approved service plan and estimates and Rs 10 lacs on account of approved fire scheme within seven days from the date of issuance of registration certificate.
