13-Dec-2021 Ms. Isha Singh, Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case. Sh. Deepak Sharma (HOD), Sh. Govind Harbhajanka (Manager) and Sh. Vikash Aggarwal (AVP) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR informs that technical approval of service plan and estimates has been accorded by CE/HSVP and are under consideration of DTCP for issuance of final permission. Further regarding approval of zoning/demarcation plan, the approval of DTCP is expected shortly as site verification report for approval of demarcation/zoning plan has already been forwarded to DTCP office by Gurugram circle office. The hard copy of DPI after requisite corrections have also been submitted. The Authority decided to grant the registration subject to the submission of bank guarantee of Rs. 25 lakhs on account of submission of approved zoning plan and Rs. 25 lakhs on account of submission of approved service plans and estimates. The promoter shall submit the approved zoning plan and approved service plans and estimates within two months’ time from the issuance of registration certificate. This bank guarantee shall be forfeited in case the approved zoning plan and approved service plans and estimates are not submitted within two months’ time from the date of grant of registration. APPROVED AND READY FOR CERTIFICATE ISSUING PROCESS ---

Deepak Sharma (HOD), Sh. Govind Harbhajankar (Manager) and Sh. Gulshan Kumar (Sr. Officer) are present on behalf of the promoter.
