Mr. Gajender Bhatti, Associate Planning Executive briefed the facts about the project. Sh. Ravi Kant Kumar (Manager) is present on behalf of the promoter. The promoter M/s Namdev Construction Pvt. Ltd. applied for registration certificate of real estate project namely “Suncity Vatsal Valley” for the area admeasuring 9.50 Acres located at Gual Pahari, Sector 2, Gurugram, Gurugram., under section 4 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 vide central receipt no. 10893/20886 dated 16.07.2021 and RPIN-352. The Temp I.D. of REP-I (Part A-H) is RERA-GRG-Proj-876-2021, the application by the promoter was scrutinized and deficiency notice indicating major and minor deficiencies was conveyed vide notice no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/352 dated 23.07.2021. The Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana has granted the license to develop an affordable plotted colony under DDJAY scheme of 2016 for the area admeasuring 9.50 acres vide license no. 21 of 2021 dated 07.05.2021 to M/s Namdev Construction Pvt. Ltd, The project comprises of 156 plots out of which 84 plots are frozen and 72 plots are unfrozen. The promoter has submitted two replies in the authority dated 02.08.2021 and 04.08.2021 in which the promoter has submitted all the requisite documents which were deficit during the project scrutiny. In the hearing dated 10.08.2021, as per the orders of the authority the matter was adjourned to 17.08.2021, and in the meanwhile the promoter has also submitted 3rd reply dated 10.08.2021in which the promoter had made the compliances regarding the correction in the Detailed project Information and A to H and submitted the corrected copy. Hence all the deficiencies has been removed by the promoter and Online DPI has also been filled by the promoter.The promoter is directed to submit the NOC for Natural conservation Zone (NCZ) and do the corrections in online DPI.
