The reply was submitted by the promoter on 19.2.2021. Still there are certain deficit documents as mentioned in the agenda note. Two personal hearing have also been given to the promoter on 22.02.2021 and 24.03.2021.The promoter is granted a further opportunity of 30 days to rectify the defects otherwise the application for grant of extension of registration shall be rejected. 24-Mar-2021 Sh. Ram Phal Yadav, AGM(Admn.) Authorized Signatory is present on behalf of Ashiana Dwelling Pvt. Ltd. who submits that the project for development of Group Housing in the licensed colony in Sector 2 of Sohna was got registered from HARERA in the year 2017 vide Registration No. 44 of 2017 and that same is valid upto 31.12.2020 after including the six months of COVID-19.The reason given for extension are due to COVID-19, lack of infrastructure by HUDA, construction of Sohna elevated highway, time to time ban by NGT etc. and hence has requested for grant of one year extension upto 31.12.2021.  The online application for requested extension has also been submitted by the developer along with requisite annexures and fee. The approval of building plan is obtained and is valid upto 25.3.2025 while the environmental clearance has been obtained and is valid upto 21.1.2023. Both these validities are beyond the extension period being sought. The case has been examined and it was noticed that the license for above group housing is valid only upto 9.6.2021 and hence extension upto the license validity period can only be considered after completion of the following deficiencies:The details of financial progress in REP V form does not match with REP I(A to H Part C) and expenditure upto date of registration needs to be filled correctlyAudit Report under section 4(2)(i)(D) needs to be provided.Quarterly Progress reports upto 31.12.2020 needs to be provided.Correction in form REP I (A to H) needs to be done.Delay possession charges shall be paid by the promoter to the concerned allottee as per section 18 of  RERA Act.    The project is to be developed in phases and approval  as per section 4(C) be obtained along with renewal of license beyond its validity period  and upto proposed extension.
