| 19-Apr-2021 | During personal hearing, Ms. Roli Aggarwal, General Manager and Sh. Abhishek Kumar, CEO are present on behalf of the promoter. The Authority has discussed the project in detail. After detailed scrutiny, it was found that all the deficiencies have been fulfilled by the promoter and the registration fee, processing fee is duly paid by the promoter. The documents which are still pending are copy of approved service estimates and plans, approved zoning plan, approvals of water supply, sewage disposal, storm water drainage, HUDA construction water NOC, however, applications already filed in the concerned department for these approvals. An affidavit was given by the promoter declaring that he will submit these deficit approvals within 3 months. Therefore, the authority has decided to grant registration certificate and direct the promoter to submit these deficit documents within 3 months from the date of grant of registration certificate. Also, the promoter has submitted the bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000,00/- which shall be forfeited in case of failure of non-submission of these approvals within three months from the date of issuance of registration certificate, then the amount collected from the allottees will be refunded with interest at the prescribed rate within one month thereafter and the registration certificate shall be treated as deemed cancelled. | OBJECTION | --- |

This is a commercial plotted colony with provision of 86 individual SCO sites wherein the construction is to be raised by individual allottees after approval of building plans or on pattern of standard design approved by DTCP, Haryana. The deficiencies regarding non submission of permissions to be granted at local level such as water for construction purposes, disposal of sewage and storm water etc. be attended immediately. Regarding service plan estimates to be submitted within two months, a bank guarantee/cheque of Rs. 50 lakh be submitted. This will be encashed by the Authority in case of failure of promoter to submit the approved service plan and estimates within the allowed time. Matter to come up on 19.04.2021.
