lightly and despite several opportunities necessary online information has not
been filled up. The AR assured the authority that within one-week necessary

mentioned in agenda note. As far as zoning plan approval is concerned same is
pending with the director as informed by AR. During the course of proceedings,
it was mentioned by AR that zoning plan has also been approved by the DTCP,
Haryana. The authority decided to grant registration. The promoter is asked to

scrutinized and noticed that all the deficiencies not yet rectified including
submission of service plan and estimates, renewal of EC, NOC of electric load.
Further neither the details in online DPI have been provided and thus the application
remains incomplete. The deficiencies notice has been issued to the promoter
applicant on 07.09.2021 and the AR seeks 2 weeks’ time to rectify the
deficiencies in all respect. The matter is adjourned to 21.09.2021. |

An application
regarding registration of plotted colony project namely “Westerlies Phase 4”
situated at sector 108, Gurugram being developed by M/s Experion Developers Pvt Ltd was submitted on 02.07.2021 under
section 4 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016.
The present
application pertains to 172 residential plots forming additional plotted
license no. 114 of 2019 dated 12.09.2019 measuring 16.03125 acres, being
developed by M/s Experion Developers Pvt Ltd. The promoter has not submitted
the reply of 1st deficiency notice sent on 05.07.2021.
The AR
of the promoter assured that necessary registration formalities shall be
completed within 15 days. Authority decided to link penal proceedings already
initiated against the promoter with the registration so that decision is taken
jointly.
