for the time to remove the below mentioned deficiencies.

annexures in the online are not uploaded as well as the correction needs to be
done in the online (A-H).
2.
Approved
Service plan and Estimates needs to be submitted.
3.
List
of sold and unsold inventory license wise needs to be submitted.
4.
Allotment
letter is not as per the prescribed format.
5.
CA Certificate for the equity by the promoter needs
to be provided.
6.
Marketing
cost mention in s.no 1.7 needs to be excluded from the total estimated cost as
it is not a part of project cost.
The Authority directed the promoter to remove
the above mentioned deficiencies within the given time. The matter is fixed for

The Authority directed the promoter to submit
the deficient document mentioned below:

submitted.

Latest Mutation and Jamabandi needs to be submitted.
5.
List of sold and unsold inventory needs to be

Allotment letter is not as per the prescribed format.
7.
Payment plan is not as per the prescribed format.
8.
CA Certificate for the
equity by the promoter needs to be provided.
9.
Marketing cost mention in s.no 1.7 needs to be
excluded from the total estimated cost as it is not a part of project cost.
10. Debenture trust deed
needs to be provided.
11. Board resolution
authorising the operating of bank account has not been in proper format.
12. Copy of Home loan tie
up has not been provided.
The Authority directed the promoter to explain
clearly that in case loan is not paid by them what remedy will be available
with the promoter. Next date of hearing is fixed for 22.09.2020 |
