23-Jun-2020 The deficiencies were explained to the promoter. Promotor assured to attend deficiencies within a week along with clarification reg. loan and encumbrances. The promoter was also asked to submit an affidavit that he will not take more than 10% amount before agreement to sell as per provisions of the Act and further amount will only be accepted by him after repayment of the loan portion to make the property land encumbrance free before buyer builder agreement.  ADJOURNMENT ---

08-Jun-2020 During online hearing held on 08.06.2020, the promoter provided the information about the total number of plots are 43 out of which 13 are measuring 275 Sq.Y. and 30 are measuring 299 Sq.Y. each. The authority has also issued notices for deficiencies and advertisement to the promoter. Besides the deficiencies, the promoter has been issued notice under section 3 for advertising the project. The promoter be asked to submit reply to the above notices. Four building plans are yet to be submitted. The promoter should submit all 43 maps. Progress chart should also. Brochure of BBA, Application Form and Allotment Letter should also be submitted. The will be examined and now the matter is fixed for 22.06.2020.           ADJOURNMENT ---
