During
the online hearing, Mr. Akhil Aggrawal (General Manager) representative of the
promoter was present. It has come to the notice of the authority that the promoter
has still not removed the deficiencies conveyed to them through 1st
deficiency notice dated 20.01. 2020.Therefore, the authority has decided to
issue a show cause for rejection of the application of the registration of the
project. |

During
online hearing, Ms. Priyanka Aggarwal is present on behalf of the promoter. The
promoter is directed to submit the deficit documents along with corrected
detailed project report. The promoter has applied for the registration of
60.1055 acres plotted colony out of the total licensed area measuring 114.506
acres. The promoter has divided the total licensed area into 3 phases but regarding
projects to be developed in phases following provision exists in rule 14 (1)
(e) (i) (A) to be published on the website of the authority
“authenticated
copy of the license or land use permission, sanctioned building(s) plan and
other sanctions from the competent authority obtained in accordance with the
laws applicable and where the project is proposed to be developed in phases, an
authenticated copy of the license or land use permission, sanctioned layout
plan/building(s) plan as the case may be for each of such phase(s)”
Accordingly,
the registration of above phase is not considered by the authority without
approvals as quoted above phase wise which needs to be obtained by the promoter
from Director of Town and Country Planning, Haryana. Also, out of 3 phases,
phase 1 measuring an area 3.86 acres is registered vide RC no. 38 of 2018,
phase 2 measuring an area 50.54 acres applied for registration by M/s Bright
Buildtech Pvt Ltd and phase 3 measuring an area 60.1055 acres applied for
registration by M/s Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
The promoter is required to submit the status of
internal development work along with details of sold and unsold inventory on
the affidavit. The authority has decided to come up the matter on 09.09.2020. |
