| 29-Jun-2020 | The application for registration of the project was considered by the authority. The legal representative of the promoter Shri Ajay Singh, appeared online. The deficiencies as have been communicated earlier vide details mentioned above have not been rectified by the promoter so far. The attention of the promoter was drawn towards delay in environmental clearance. The license was granted on 26.5.2018 and environmental clearance was to be obtained within one year of issue of license and the period has already been expired. The promoter was asked to get this revalidated from the Director, Town and Country Planning as the condition of the license to obtain the environment clearance within one year has already been violated. Rather there is an abnormal delay and even after lapse of two years nothing is sure about the environmental clearance. The promoter is also advised to submit approved copy of service plan and estimates, electric load availability and fire scheme approval.
