Sh.
Rahu Soni is present on behalf of the builder authorized through board
resolution. As per the approved building plan, 2 phases were registered, and
phase III is applied for registration in the authority. The
approach to the site is through 24 m wide proposed road and the promoter has
obtained the road approach NOC which provide approach to the site through
temporary access 18 m wide culvert till the time 24 m wide proposed road is
constructed. Hence, the authority approved the registration of project subject
to the conditions mentioned in the registration certificate. Also, the
authority directed the promoter to submit the affidavit of declaration that the
promoter will complete the construction of 24 m wide proposed road before
giving possession to the allottees and submit the PERT chart showing the
progress of completion of the road within 7 days. |

the promoter has obtained the road approach NOC which provide approach to the
site through temporary access 18 m wide culvert till the time 24 m wide
proposed road is constructed. The site is not approachable through 24 m wide
proposed road which is running parallel through the project land as well as
through the other adjoining project land. Hence, the allottees cannot get
access to the site till this 24 m wide proposed road is developed by the
promoter as well as by the other adjoining land developers.The matter will be heard on 02.03.2020. |

Sh.
Rahu Soni is present on behalf of the builder authorized through board
resolution. Copy placed on record. Vide notice dated 04.01.2020,
deficiencies were pointed out vide no. HARERA/GGM/RPIN/212 dated 04.01.2020. The authorized representative stated that he
has brought all the deficiency documents along with a bank draft of Rs.
23,75,000/- as deficiency fee. The office is asked to scrutinize the
deficiencies. Mining certificate is not brought on record. The builder is
directed to place it on record before starting of the project. |
