2. DTCP has granted licence to develop Residential Affordable Group Housing Colony to the Company..
3. The Project is being developed on 6.081 acres of land
4. The timeline for possession of the Plot shall be mentioned in the agreement however, the Promoter shall endeavor to offer the possession before this date.
5. In case the Allottee fails to take possession of the Plot from the Promoter, the Allottee shall be liable to pay Holding Charges to the Promoter till the time the Allottee takes possession.
6. The Promoter shall give penalty for delayed possession as per RERA.
